RETURNS
Our returns policy is very simple - we will accept returns for any reason, and issue a refund or store credit. Anything that has been purchased online can be returned to our warehouse. To send the item back please contact us at gingapuraclothing@gmail.com.

All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

All products must be unworn and unwashed.

All products must have all original Ginga Pura tags still attached.

Any products purchased in the Sale cannot be refunded.

Shipping back to our warehouse is at the customers’ own cost.
Archive Sale
Any products purchased in the 48 hour archive sale cannot be returned or exchanged, unless we have made a mistake on your order.
Refunds
As soon as we have received your return, it will take approximately 7 to 10 business to process your refund.

Additional cost: Orders within Europe will not be subjected to any additional charges. For countries outside Europe; there may be added additional charges added by your local customs. These fees are paid to the local carrier and customs and are not collected by Ginga Pura.
Shipping
The regular delivery time is between 1 - 2 business days, but the estimated delivery time is depending on the country. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. All shipping prices are including VAT.
Due to some updates in our warehouse, orders may concur a longer shipping time than normal. Please bare with us and sorry in advance for any inconveniences.

Free shipping on all European orders over € 99 is valid for European orders with a total of € 99 or more before taxes or any fees. The offer is only for customers shipping to an address inside of Europe. The same rules apply for the free shipping over € 250 offer on all orders outside of Europe. Packages will be shipped for free using our standard shipping service, which will be Post by Royal Mail or DHL.
Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Ginga Pura, nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery. We deliver worldwide. However, we do not ship to APO, post office box or FPO address.
